The application review sheet renders website and social rows from GET /api/program-applications, but that response only kept each platform's type, handle, and verifiedAt. Subscriber, view, and post counts were dropped before the sheet could show them.
Those counts are now included as numbers (Prisma stores them as BigInt, which cannot be JSON-encoded). Verified profiles on the review sheet show the same audience line as the rest of the partner UI, including subscribers and views.
The Applications table tooltip now matches the network partner card: handle, audience stat, and whether the profile is verified, with the verification date when it is.
The applications API dropped platform subscribers, views, and posts, so the review sheet could not render them. Keep those counts in the response, and match the applications table tooltip to the network partner verification status.

Summary
Count validation and API coverage apps/web/lib/zod/schemas/program-application.ts, apps/web/lib/webhook/sample-events/program-application-created.json, apps/web/playwright/api/program-applications/program-applications.spec.ts
Platform entries validate subscriber, post, and view counts as nonnegative integers, convert bigint and string inputs to numbers, and default missing counts to zero. The sample event and API tests include metric values.
Platform metadata now includes platform types. Partner columns use metadata and audience counts to show platform statistics and verification details in a tooltip. The network partner card imports the shared tooltip component.

Make the audience tooltip reachable by keyboard.
The audience tooltip opens only on hover or pointer click. Its trigger is a div without tabIndex, so keyboard users cannot focus it to read the audience stat. Wrap the trigger content in a focusable element with a visible focus ring. Radix tooltips open on focus, so this also makes the tooltip keyboard-accessible.
