Add contributors webpage for #1580

Closes #1580.

Adds a /contributors/ GitHub Pages route with:

• dedicated sections for all non-bot PR authors from the repository snapshot
• goose-person portraits for every contributor
• GitHub profile links and contributor facts
• original goose factory hero image
• golden egg ledger with exactly 71 occurrences of 71
• hidden egg-catching game
• C-suite contact footer with a generated waving video stream
• tests covering route, roster, assets, video, and the exact 71 count
