Infotangles not always entirely visible when selecting entry from list

When you select an entry from the list, the map doesn't properly relocate s.t. the pin and the entire infotangle is visible. Often only a corner is on the map.

Infotangles are now always visible, but sometimes the marker is still outside of the map.
