Leftover items for single transect data organization notebook

• Handle the non seafloor intersecting case. Either remove it or mention seafloor intersecting and non-seafloor intersecting case more separately
• Add in ArXiv link once it's on ArXiv.
• Figure out where the consolidated metadata warning pops up. This will probably resolve itself once Zarr handles consolidated metadata
• Figure out the chunk formatting problem in Chunk formatting warning reappeared echopype#1761. This should've been handled by a previous PR but I guess not.
