Delayed Mask Computation

Enable delayed computation for both .bottom_mask and .region_mask:

• Investigate whether or not the regionmask code can be Dask delayed
• If it can be Dask delayed, add an option to delay it
  • Save the task graphs for both functions in /imgs
• Address Investigate Memory Expansion of regions2d.mask #141
