Scope

Publish consistent events for creation, fill, exercise, expiry, and cancellation with position IDs.

Area: contracts/options

Acceptance criteria

  • Test event order and fields for each state transition.
  • Existing behavior remains stable outside this change.
  • Add the relevant contract, service, or client tests.

Open the pull request against dev and keep the existing CI passing.
