resizing sometimes breaks

kibana version: 4.5

sometimes when i resize my window sense ui breaks

steps to reproduce:

• try resizing your window or opening/closing chrome dev tools
• try showing/hidding help

note that in the screenshot lines are blank at the end (but there is more text ... i actually have over 100 lines.
