Upgrade SDK bindings to v26.09.26

Bump SDK to v26.09.26. There was a previous v26.09.25 bindings version released today, but it had issues with certificate verification, which completely broke the app, so we did a hotfix release with a fix.

Fix API breaks and also merge the thread list feature flag and the threads one.
