What is 0x24040?

Looking at Table 3.2 in the Lattice ECP5 Usage Guide. This is testing that a OTP and few internal use only flags are cleared. Why? Was there some other intention?

HI I don't really know what is mask=0x24040 I have copy-pasted it without understanding from generated SVF programming file. It is a kind of bitmask that works for checking is the device in proper state for further programming

For python code simplicity and cpu resource saving I sometimes use constants with bits in direct and sometimes reverse order so if the bitmask,constant is very meaningless maybe it has to interpreted in different bit order.
