Adds full CRUD support for iCloud Drive files: models and capability detection, safe reads, atomic uploads with temp-file swap, file mutations (create/update/delete), and symlink/path-traversal rejection. Includes the macnotesapp-backed Notes API. Adds integration tests and API documentation.
