Capture a baseline during provisioning and restore it through GraphQL and HTTP reset operations, pruning extra checkpoints. Add execution cancellation using process-group signals while retaining output and exit status.

Adds sandboxReset and sandboxExecCancel on top of the sandbox API in #3520, plus the HTTP reset route.
Provisioning now captures a baseline checkpoint. Reset restores it, discards subsequent filesystem changes and execution history, and prunes extra checkpoints. This PR adds the Sprites checkpoint creation, listing, restoration, and deletion functions alongside their consumers.
Sandboxes created before this PR have no baseline and must be deleted and recreated before reset is available. Neither PR configures egress restrictions.
Cancellation signals the execution's process group, escalates when necessary, and preserves output and the observed exit result. Includes authorization coverage, cancellation result snapshots, and the opt-in live cancellation test.
Validation: Rust formatting and diff checks pass. The combined implementation was compared with the pre-split branch to verify that changes beyond the split are limited to the requested removal of egress restrictions and documentation updates. The nextest compile attempt is blocked by the installed Rust 1.91.1 compiler (workspace requires 1.94); database/live-provider tests were not run.
