Pin yamllint in pyproject.toml's lint group with a uv.lock, run it with uv run --frozen, let Dependabot bump it, keep .venv out of the lint and pyproject.toml and uv.lock out of the Docker build context. Adds a shellcheck job for do-backup and docker-cmd. SC2329 is disabled in .shellcheckrc because do-backup calls its functions through trap. The scripts are unchanged.
