Retro: PR #6221 — Renovate submodule digest bump

PR #6221 was a Renovate bot PR bumping the experiments submodule pointer (1-line change, 38734a2 → 5fd7912). Over its ~35-hour lifetime, Renovate rebased the branch twice, triggering 3 full review runs (run 1, run 2, run 3). Each run dispatched 3 sub-agents (correctness, style-conventions, challenger), consuming ~4–5 minutes of agent time per run. All three approved with "Looks good to me." No human reviewed the PR.
