• Resolve relocated skills through explicit read-only catalog roots while retaining workspace precedence.
• Preserve missing-file, invalid-path, conformance and owner-boundary diagnostics across routing, filing, brain-first and currency checks.
• Isolate CLI tests from inherited homes and verify a synthetic inherited-home canary.

• 307 focused tests across 17 files passed.
• Typecheck and module-size gates passed.
• Documentation bundles regenerated; documentation and focused CLI checks passed.
• File-only differential checks preserved inspected files.
