Motivation
With current implementation it is hard to reuse, this would bring it step closer to be widely used.
This part of work on tracy automated reports tooling.
Implementation
Adapt as custom HTML elements so they can be reused.

No logic has been altered - most changed lines are due to whitespace changes.
