Unit paths do not work by default for BLAISE compiler #32

Description

@Schmitty2005

With the following simple project, it will compile with FPC, but when compiled with pasbuild compile --compiler {path to blaise} , it cannot find the units in the units directory.

Compiles with FPC just fine.

But with Blaise :

[INFO] Build command: /home/bill/src/blaise/compiler/target/blaise --source target/bootstrap_program.pas --output target/two --unit-path src/main/pascal --unit-path /home/bill/src/pasbug/one/target/units

Unit not found: Unit 'one.Utils' not found in search paths

the blaise .o files are in the target directory, not the unit directory, but they do not properly link when copied to the units directory. Copying the .pas file directly to the units directory temporarily fixes the issue.

pasbug.zip

bill@bill-X550LA:~/src/pasbug$ ls one/target/
bootstrap_program.pas  one  one.utils.o  pasbuild-status  test-units  units
bill@bill-X550LA:~/src/pasbug$ ls one/target/units
bootstrap_program.o

EDIT : When I manually move the one.utils.o file into the units directory, it may compile, or cause some errors, but may become stale if changes are made to the source code, causing more issues. Copying the source code .pas file to the target/units directory worked. I could also edit the project.xml file, but then it will not compile with FPC.
