Solution description
Implemented a new users command that allows retrieving of user data from TestRail (access to user information will depend on access rights associated with the CLI user)
Changes
users command with get and list subcommands to respectively retrieve a single or a list of users from TestRail. Also supports getting current user information, getting user info using email and users list of a specific project.
