Polish frontpage: Swedish copy and booklet section order

Summary

• Adds Swedish translations for theme landing-page strings (hero, USP, how-it-works, Pro, footer, Create account) so SV/EN stay in parity.
• Puts blog teasers before the recent-requests block, matching booklet 3.1.
• Styles blog cards and the examples band. Teasers strip WordPress “appeared first on” HTML.

Undraw scenes stay P1 (icons remain placeholders on this branch). Blog feed is empty locally unless BLOG_FEED is set.

Test plan

• Swedish homepage: hero “Vi hjälper dig att få kontakt med myndigheter”, header “Skapa konto”, USP/Pro/footer in Swedish
• English homepage still English
• Desktop and mobile
• With BLOG_FEED set: teasers are cards, no WordPress footnote HTML (local feed empty without BLOG_FEED; strip is in the theme)
