Developed an IOS app using Swift with a scrolling table view to list and display the latest movies
Leveraged requests to the movie database API to obtain movie titles, images, and synopsis
Utilized Alamofire Image API to format and display a movie poster and detailed description in an individual cell
Effectively created an easy-to-use, visually appealing system for users to access the latest movies
User sees an app icon on the home screen and a styled launch screen.
User can view and scroll through a list of movies now playing in theaters.
User can view the movie poster image for each movie.
User can tap a cell to see more details about a particular movie.
User can tap a tab bar button to view a grid layout of Movie Posters using a CollectionView.
User can tap a poster in the collection view to see a detail screen of that movie.
In the detail view, when the user taps the poster, a new screen is presented modally where they can view the trailer.
