Hi there,

thanks for the great tool, I'd just have two suggestions:

1. in my setup I will have one condition which expands specific cell types, would it be possible to specify the number of or fraction of cell types for each condition separately?

2. input control, I read in data without paying too much attention. The foldchange was a character in the ref.study data.frame and I had to debug down to the power.de function as the error message was non-telling. So to be more user-friendly maybe check / convert input types
