Kodit dedups sync work by commit SHA and reprocesses every file in a new commit's tree; it does not diff individual files against the previous commit.

Summary
Scan.Executeskips a commit entirely once it has been scanned, andChunkFiles.Executeskips re-chunking once chunks exist for that commit SHA, but when a commit is new, the full file tree for that commit is fetched and (re)processed — there is no per-file diff against the previous commit anywhere in this path.Test plan
