[Enhancement] Call tools from within VC3D

  • make it generic enough so we can cover the masking case as well as layers? (e.g. prestes with layers, filenames...)
  • could be very useful if we could combine it with ink inference?
• alpha comp refinement (need to port refinement to tiffxyz)
