chore(catalog): remove two AI UI items

What

Remove the two owner-rejected catalog entries:

• AI Generation Canvas
• AI Prompt Flow

Scope

• delete both source components and demos
• regenerate catalog docs/navigation and public index
• remove stale public payloads
• rebuild the local semantic vector artifact
• record every intentional deletion in the repository deletion guard

Verification

• catalog page generation completed with 373 remaining items
• local vector coverage: 373 registry items / 373 vectors, exact revision match
• intentional-deletion guard passes for all 10 removed files
• deletion-guard tests: 8 passed
• tracked-artifact tests: 4 passed
• formatting and git diff --check pass
• no remaining references to either catalog name or slug
