fix: rename remote_setup_url to setup_link object in schema#846

The schema defined `remote_setup_url` as a string but the actual API returns `setup_link` as an object with `href` and `cta` fields. This mismatch caused generated SDKs and downstream consumers to model the field incorrectly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <[email protected]>
