Example NLU does not exist. Official documentation provides it.

Describe the bug
I wanted to create a chatbot with NLU, and the official Botonic documentation offers this option: https://botonic.io/docs/plugins/plugin-nlu/

However, when trying to use it, I encountered an error saying it doesn't exist. I checked your repository, and this example isn't available. Currently, the only way to use NLU seems to be through the intent example, which, if I understand correctly, requires the project to be on Google Cloud.

At the moment, I’m unsure how to implement NLU with Botonic without using Google Cloud. Is there a way to do it other than using intent? Are you planning to re-enable the nlu or nlu-assistant example?

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to https://botonic.io/docs/welcome
2. Scroll down to Natural Language Understanding
3. Click on @botonic/plugin-nlu
4. In the terminal, enter: $ botonic new {BOT_NAME} nlu
5. The example does not exist

What is the expected behaviour?
That the service offered in the official documentation works or is available..
