Scan MAIN.MIX for all embedded VQA blobs (50 unique, 5 named, 45 campaign), generate golden reference frames via ffmpeg, and verify native decoder parity against ffmpeg (RA95.EXE proxy). - 50/50 VQAs verified with zero pixel delta (p99=0) across sampled frames - Named cinematics (ENGLISH, ALLIES1, ALLIES2, SOVS1, AFTRMATH): 4 golden frames each, full pixel-parity verified at first/mid/last frames - Campaign cinematics: 1 golden frame each, first-frame parity verified - New scripts: ra-vqa-inventory.py, vqa-parity-check.py, gen-vqa-golden-ffmpeg.py - Golden format: e2e/goldens/vqa/<STEM>/frame_NNNN.png + manifest.json Evidence: native Python decoder is bit-perfect against ffmpeg for all 50 VQAs in RA's MAIN.MIX (454 MB, GPL release).
