Corrections from a review against the package source and the rendered output: min.hl.r.squared is applied by the exclusion rule, not the fit; duration-based samples are selected by collection start; the allowed interval columns include tau, conc_above, and interval_time_kind; the tau.choices default uses the nominal set; per-subject variability in the multiple-dose simulation; the Tmax exclusion rules; PPSTRES appears only with unit conversions; unexported assert_* functions removed; pk.nca() uses a copy of the global options; the Tobit comparison drops BLQ points from the OLS fit; a broken table, US spelling, and smaller wording fixes. PKNCA 0.13.0 depends on cdiscdata 0.2.0 or later, which is still in CRAN review, so pak could not solve the book's dependencies; the workflow now installs it from humanpred/cdiscdata before PKNCA. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
cdiscdata 0.2.0 is on CRAN, so the book's workflow installs it like the other packages instead of from GitHub. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Updates the book for PKNCA 0.13.0 (the current development version). Against current PKNCA, 9 chapters no longer rendered, and a review of the development NEWS found most new features undocumented and 15 places where the book taught the old behavior.
