Updated image links in the README to use raw GitHub URLs for better visibility. RSD-Website should now display pictures

Description
This should fix the pictures not being displayed on the RSD.
Unfortunately I could not find a "clean" solution for the RAYX-Logo because it's displayed in a table. The markdown image will not be displayed in an HTML-Table and Markdown tables are not really that customizable. Either we leave it as is, our logo is displayed on the RDS-Page anyway, or we add a Markdown table with the image.
