feat: run analyze.py inside remote eval Pod - #11

The eval Pod now runs both Harbor and analyze.py where the trial data lives. report.json is extracted from pod logs via delimited markers and written to the workspace. The analyze-scorecard task detects the pre-computed report and skips re-running analyze.py.
