Fix stylesheet mutation invalidation for warichu

Summary

• invalidate automatic warichu layout for stylesheet link mutations and removals
• associate rel/removal records across a MutationObserver delivery in either order
• ignore favicon and preload non-rel attribute mutations
• add a manual release package allowlist so this patch can publish only @illusions-lab/mdi

Verification

• @illusions-lab/mdi: 108 tests
• @illusions-lab/mdi-to-pdf: 20 tests including PDF geometry
• package typechecks
• rebuilt packed consumer in Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit
• release dry-run selects only @illusions-lab/mdi@2.0.27
