remember project path after create

when you create a project, you pick a directory for the project folder to live

on subsequent project creations, that directory should be saved to the user config so they can just keep creating projects beside the first one without having to pick a path again

If we update Electron to >=43 this will also be very good because there is a breaking change where it will always open the "downloads" folder unless a default path is given.
