This pull request migrates the project from using
mypytotyfor static type checking. All documentation, configuration files, CI/CD workflows, and dependencies have been updated to reflect this change. Additionally, the pre-commit hook configuration and related documentation have been removed, further simplifying the development workflow.Type Checking Migration:
mypywithtyin documentation files such as.github/copilot-instructions.mdanddocs/source/smg.rst, including command examples and badges. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5].github/workflows/ci.ymlto use atyjob instead ofmypy, and switched to the corresponding composite action.pyproject.tomlto removemypyand addty.[tool.mypy]configuration section frompyproject.tomlsince it is no longer needed.Development Workflow Simplification:
