Update the source code to AVL v3.52 with many fixed and changes to accommodate the new updates

The tests will fail, because I have change the geometry file paths without adding the files.

It's the new offbody xyz points feature. ugggh

For future reference it was failing with a super unhelpful not a valid Win32 application. .
