Cura made changes to the post processing plugin between 5.4 and 5.11.0 (not sure the version) that require changes to the search and replace rules. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to get `PRINT_START_SET` working, since the `MINX:`, etc lines are in a part of the gcode that is always ignored by the search and replace script.
