Website Information Improvements

To increase and help with the discoverability of the Lunch.js Events and Organization, we want to move some of the content to the actual website.

1. This will help with SEO and make the content organically discoverable
2. Reduce the number of clicks for someone to find what they are looking for

Commented in #440 originally and creating the Parent Issue to Track these efforts.

• Update the Homepage of lunch.js.la with current locations and dates
• Add "How to Champion" page to lunch.js.la (SEO Improvement)
• Add "About" information to lunch.js.la (SEO Improvement)
• Display a map of current locations for Lunch.js on the homepage (we can start manually and iterate automate)
• Automate updates to the map when a new location is created

• Allow users to request a location without championing (and track # of requests per location)
• Display Location Evergreen Information on the site (Information that is pretty consistent from one event to the next)

• When Call for Champions or new Location Event created, post to social media accounts
