Support using OpenRouter presets

Hi, I use Juggler with OpenRouter and would like to change some OpenRouter-specific settings. I think the best way to allow this in Juggler is to add support for presets. They can be used in place of models, but are listed through a separate endpoint.

I propose adding presets to the model list for the OpenRouter provider, which should hopefully be relatively simple.

OK, I've done this on the develop branch now, will be in the next release build.

Presets are listed alongside models. Your active presets appear in the OpenRouter model list as @preset/, labelled with the preset's name, and picking one sends that id in place of a model — so provider routing, ZDR, allow-lists and params all come from the preset.

Each preset shows the context window of the model its config names, looked up in the same /models response the list already fetches. If the preset lists a fallback chain, it takes the smallest window in the chain, since OpenRouter chooses the serving model at request time.

I don't use OpenRouter myself, so let me know if there are any problems!
