Overview
Bumps the SDK to v0.53.0 (manifest, internal PackageVersion, README install snippet, and changelog) and updates the tracked OpenAPI spec URL/hash.

Extends managed auth MFA modeling to recognize a new switch MFA option type (for generic “use another method” links) in both mfa_options and linked_mfa_type fields.
