Add
TestGitOpsAllowViaJsonRpctest class that exercises theGitOps.allowmethod through the/json-rpc/HTTP endpoint, going through the full request/response layer rather than calling the function directly.Replicates the
test_when_active_purchase_with_non_zero_price_matching_repo_then_result_is_truescenario for setup/expected behavior. Seetcms_tenants/tests/test_mt_behavior.pyfor the pattern used (JSON-RPC viaself.client.post).Also updates the copyright year for
tcms_github_marketplace/tests/test_api.pyfrom 2024 to 2024-2026.
