Summary
Adds weekly area rotation so the audit can keep all areas configured while limiting each run to a small, predictable set. Changed areas are prioritized first, and remaining weekly slots are filled by rotation.
The page-level scan still includes changed pages plus a bounded rotating sample, so weekly runs stay useful without expanding token usage across every configured area.
