Merge and/or consolidate the information contained within the two PRs related to our internal processes surrounding Quality Assurance.

Ideally, this issue would be acted upon after both PRs have been merged into master.
Why you would like to change/add this
There are parts of each that may or may not align with our current processes, and it would be good to take what's within the repo and refine it so it more accurately reflects them.
