Two deploy surfaces still pinned 0.18.2.
fly.tomlis the live one: it is what a "Deploy on Fly.io" run reads, so this moves the real version a user gets. The three
deploy/railway/files are documentation only. Updating them does not update the Railway store: that template is edited in the Railway panel, and the panel is not on our side (no template is visible in the workspace we can reach). Bump PR #226 was closed without merging and the listing has sat at the same version for two months. Flagging it here so the docs and the store are not assumed to be in sync.
