The previous release stopped the site claiming it sells support, but left
LibreDB Platform described in two voices. /platform said "not for sale
yet" while the page above it talked about checkout and arranging a
licence, and llms.txt still called Platform "the commercial product".
Nothing there was false on its own; together they contradicted each
other, and a certification reviewer is exactly who notices.

Platform now reads one way everywhere. The beta licence is issued per
organisation at no charge — there is no sign-up form and nothing to pay,
rather than "no online checkout yet", which implied a checkout was
coming. The licensing capability says the same, and llms.txt now
describes Platform as governance issued at no charge during the beta and
not sold today.

The distinction the page exists to draw survives the change: Platform is
still the part intended to cost money one day, and saying so is the point
— it is what keeps the line between free and not-free visible instead of
implied.

The rule is written into platform.ts alongside the copy. Every surface
that uses the word "licence" has to say "no charge" in the same breath,
and if a price ever appears, three places change together: that file, the
"Getting it" lead on the page, and the Licence section of llms.txt.
