feat(info): add ZEsarPCW core metadata

Adds metadata for ZEsarPCW 13.0.1, an Amstrad PCW 8256/8512 libretro core derived from ZEsarUX 13.0.

Supported content: .dsk and .m3u. No external BIOS is required. The source includes a Makefile and root .gitlab-ci.yml.

The checked-in source builds directly with make, without an external
porter, sibling repositories or resource downloads for ordinary builds.
Its root .gitlab-ci.yml uses the shared templates with
CORENAME=zesarpcw, MAKEFILE_PATH=. and JNI_PATH=..

Requested initial targets: Linux x86_64, Windows x86_64 (MinGW),
macOS x86_64, macOS arm64, and Android arm64-v8a.

Content formats: .dsk and .m3u. No external BIOS is required.
The linked Actions run is build/test evidence; it does not establish
interactive RetroArch execution on every target.
