Part 14 of 17. This stack replaces the assisted labeling prototype (PR 2752) with small PRs. Each PR adds one part. The tools use SAM 3 on fal.ai. They work when the
falextra is installed andFAL_KEYis set. Otherwise they are disabled with a reason.How has it been tested?
