What does this change
Adds a python example
Search for repos that have a string in them, go through each repo and check each csproj file (C# project file), then Bump specific packages, if any csproj was changed, go through all files and replace a multi-line string to another string
What issue does it fix
I decided to just to a PR, and not create a discussion beforehand, because it doesn't fix any bugs or add a new feature
It's to give an involved example with using the yaml file for a GitHub organization hosted on GitHub
