  • at the experiment level, round experiment-generated limits upward before wait estimation and submission
  • at the simulation core, reject fractional limits in append_job() and append_jobs(), matching CSV input
  • validate actual runtime against the integral limit stored by the simulator not before storing
  • add regression coverage for single and batch streaming submissions
  • combine results into a complete summary
  • simplify policy legends and use adapted-limit terminology
  • document integral time-limit requirements and generated artifacts
  • add append-API coverage to quick CI and update documented test counts

Tests:

  • python -m unittest test_performance_dispatch.py
  • isolated native test_append_job_api build and execution
  • isolated mpi_performance_dispatch compilation

- isolated mpi_performance_dispatch compilation
- replace the misleading adapted-prediction policy name
- update Python and MPI dispatcher options and defaults
- update prediction-study configuration and plot mappings
- update tests, examples, and documentation
- keep plot legends focused on dispatch policy rather than limit handling
