Summary

Documents the new Management API user lookup by custom data (GET /api/users?customData=...) introduced in logto-io/logto#9793 (closes logto-io/logto#8550).

• Adds a "Look up by custom data" section to the advanced user search guide, with curl examples for a single filter, repeated OR filters, and combining the filter with search.
• Covers exact JSONB containment semantics: strict JSON types, case-sensitive strings, explicit null, recursive nested objects, and order/duplicate-insensitive arrays.
• Documents AND/OR behavior, the fact that mode, joint, and isCaseSensitive do not apply, and 400 responses for invalid, empty, or nested parameters.
• Notes that custom data lookups should be combined with other selective filters on large user sets.
• Links to the new section from the custom data guide.
