Add BongoCat

What

Adds apps/bongocat/ for BongoCat, a Live2D desktop pet for macOS and Windows. The settings window is built with gpui-kit; the cat itself is drawn by a separate native Metal/D3D11 overlay.

Screenshots

All settings screenshots are unmodified whole-window captures (title bar, all four edges and corners intact) taken with Shift+Cmd+4 + Space on macOS 15 at 2x, in the English UI.

preview1.png is the one exception worth flagging: the model window is a frameless transparent overlay, so a plain window capture is mostly empty alpha and disappears on a light page. That capture was trimmed to the window's opaque bounds — nothing inside the window was cropped or retouched — and flattened onto an opaque light grey so it renders the same in light and dark themes. Happy to replace it with a straight desktop capture over the wallpaper if you prefer an untouched image.

Notes

• publishedAt is set to today; correct it if the inclusion timestamp should be different.
• No entry was added to featured.json.
