Add Pomelo Desktop · PCB Viewer, A PCB board viewer based on GPUI and GPUI Kit, supporting Cadence Allegro (.brd), Altium Designer, ODB++, PADS, Ansys HFSS 3D Layout(edb.def), and KiCad.
The app is in early development (version 0.1.0), so the manifest sets building: true.

• Cargo.toml depends on gpui-kit = "=0.7.1".
• The UI in crates/pomelo/src imports GPUI Kit components such as Button, TabBar, Icon, DropdownMenu ... crates/pomelo/src/workbench/mod.rs

• Provided author, website/source, and an English description within 280 weighted characters.
• Committed preview images in the app folder; previews contains only local filenames.
