Kikai Soudan is an open diagnostic intake template for machine-tool troubleshooting and used-machine purchase checks.
The project helps small manufacturers, repair technicians, and buyers structure practical field information before expert review: symptoms, machine context, photos, videos, urgency, and suspected failure areas. The goal is to make machine-tool maintenance knowledge easier to share, improve, and reuse.
Many small shops do not have an easy way to explain machine-tool problems clearly before calling a technician. Important details often stay in phone calls, scattered photos, or handwritten notes.
This repository turns that first conversation into a reusable public workflow. It is early-stage, but the direction is simple: make industrial troubleshooting more accessible through open templates and lightweight tools.

This is an early-stage OSS project. The first version is a static GitHub Pages-ready intake page. Future work may include:
